介绍：原名JC Le Saoût的Wax Tailor是法国的hip hop制作人，以前也是个rapper。在90年代早期，Wax Tailor在一个名为“La Formule Band”的乐队中身兼数职，分别是说唱手、作曲者、制作人以及乐队的经理。
1998年，他创立了一家厂牌“Lab Oratoire”，2005年，发行了自己的首张专辑《Tales of the Forgotten Melodies》，其风格被外界称之为“Cinematic Hip-Hop”，即“充满电影画面感的Hip-Hop”。但如果抽去几首说唱作品，那几乎就是纯正的Trip-Hop味了。
专辑中的“Our Dance”以抽搐的提琴做背景，配上Charlotte Savary同样人来疯的唱腔，透出浓浓的Portishead式复古味，细心留意的话，还能辨认出Portishead标志性的键盘音色呢。（网络整理）
